Had a great stay! The location by the lake made for some relaxing evening walks. Clean rooms with spacious layouts. The indoor pool was fantastic after exploring the area. Just wished the restaurant had more seating during peak hours for our late meals.

The beautiful lake view and wonderful swimming pool made our stay enjoyable. the fridge in our family room was too small to keep perishables cool.

My stay was enjoyable as I loved the beautiful proximity to Templiner See, perfect for a relaxing evening walk, and I found the easy reach to Sanssouci Park absolutely delightful for exploration during my weekend trip.

the breakfast area was always crowded. but we enjoyed the nice resting lounge zone by the pool and sauna. the location by the lake was lovely for relaxing walks. and renting bikes from the hotel made our stay much more fun.

Family with children welcome

The room we had was clean, modern, and had decent mattresses. We enjoyed a beautiful body of water nearby, perfect for relaxing walks, even if the balcony situation was a bit minimalist. And dont forget about the bikes, they were fixed after we took matters into our own hands and went to a bike shop!

The hotel is set in stunning grounds right by a lovely lake, perfect for family walks. We enjoyed the well-maintained pool and gym area. One of our highlights was visiting Sanssouci Park, which is a short walk away and absolutely worth it.

Had an awesome time with friends! The wellness center was perfect after visiting the beautiful Sanssouci Park and exploring the lake nearby. The rooms were comfy, and the breakfast hit the spot. Really loved the pool and how accommodating most of the staff were.

Had a little hiccup with the gym access. After my workout, I struggled to get back into my room. reception's help was slow and frustrating.

the kongresshotel has a very good location, set in a beautiful green area surrounding the lake 'templiner see'. the wellness center was a highlight with its indoor pool and relaxing sauna. it’s perfect for a chill day after exploring the lovely grounds.

It was just a well-suited match for a stopover in Potsdam with good value for money. The waiter who served our dinner was remarkable. he had great attention to detail and made our meal special. For the best experience, try the local dishes at dinner.

On the downside, the room key mishaps were frustrating, coupled with an uncomfortable encounter due to a barking dog at the entrance. the hotel's location, while close to nature, felt somewhat isolated from the main attractions.

i returned to potsdam and the kongresshotel exceeded my expectations. the serene lake views, combined with the spacious and clean room, made for a perfect getaway. the breakfast was consistently fresh and well-stocked, and the staff were attentive to our needs.
